A pioneering initiative from Oman Economic Review - Oman’s No.1 business magazine, OER Corporate Quiz was Oman’s first ever corporate quiz. This premium event was tailor-made to offer a unique avenue to business leaders, managers & corporate executives to showcase their knowledge advantage.

The prelims for OER Corporate Quiz 2005 took place at the Sheraton Oman on May 4, 2005 and were attended by over 50 teams representing the crème de la crème of Corporate Oman such as BankMuscat, Shell Oman Marketing Company, Khimji Ramdas, Mustafa Sultan Enterprises, Oman Trading Establishment, and Ericsson.

The finale of this knowledge war was hosted by the legendary Siddhartha Basu, India’s most challenging and charismatic quizmaster of the BBC Mastermind fame. An audience of over 600 special invitees witnessed top biz-whizzes facing off each other in an intriguing battle of brains at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel on May 6, 2005. It was a knowledge war like no other!
